Add an action to selected text
A PopClip extension adds an action button to the selection bar. Installing a package adds an action to the list; one extension can also provide multiple configured action instances.
Install and manage
Choose an extension from the directory and open its .popclipextz or .popcliptxt file to install it. Select text to check whether the action appears, then use the Actions tab to enable or reorder actions. Open Tools > Manage Extensions or press ⌘E to inspect installed packages.
Treat security warnings as meaningful
An unsigned extension can run code with potential access to files or the internet. Check its creator and source before proceeding; do not install it if you cannot trust it. Remember that extensions are the packages you install or remove, while actions are the buttons you arrange. This follows the docs; it is not a claim of a local installation test.
